EKA GELOVANI

Artist in Focus - Eka Gelovani (b.1957) is a Georgian artist based in Tbilisi. She graduated from Tbilisi State Academy of Arts in 1983. Ekaterine Gelovani’s paintings are emotionally expressive, yet simultaneously simple, concise, and precise. As the artist herself states, her work is a personal exploration of the boundless possibilities of color, form, and line.
